as the gym continues to evolve it has bec0me clear that communication needs to improve, and so i am starting a central location to keep everyone informed and up to date on the latest here at in training. moving forward all major changes and the accompanying rule / protocol changes will be posted here. this is designed to be a resource for all trainers to stay current with the gym and all of the new opportunities here. while i will still attemp to verbally communicate any updates, it is your responsibility to check here for new and relevant information. please start of routine of checking the announcements with regularity as there are many posts due to appear here soon. i also want to thank those of you who have demonstrated excitement and ENTHUSIASM surrounding the developments here, it means an ENORMOUS amount to the positivity and optimism that should be a part of every gym. your clients and our members can feel it and it means a lopt to them as well. please check in here again soon, there is much to come.
