Organization, Session Tracking, Payment Schedule, Options

Organization is something I value at a high level and something I’m currently focusing on improving. In an effort to do so I’m creating some guidelines and applying a payment schedule. Payments will happen on Monday. You can choose to pay each Monday or every other Monday. Please communicate your preference to me directly.

Thank you for your patience as I modify our sessions tracking system. You’ve all adapted well. If you are still unclear on how to use your sessions tracking in Google Sheets please speak with me immediately. I know I still need to speak to some of you on this. And please keep your schedule up to date. On Mondays we will reconcile sessions before payment.

• I can process your credit/debt card on sight or you can also keep a card on file if you’d like

Tutorial

On Saturday, March 23 I will be hosting a tutorial pertaining to the new equipment. We will start at 12. If you already have questions please present them to me this week (3.18) so that I can be prepared. The meeting will be an open forum, a time in which we can present to one another, share creativity and ideas. I’m looking forward to see you there.
